Step 3: Validation & Broadcast

The creative is complete. Your action is required to unblock sending.

Validation process

Tracking configuration

This step is transparent to you. The getinside team and the retailer embed the open pixels and tracked redirection links. Your links remain dynamic — you can modify the destination URL at any time in the "Configuration and Tracking" tab, even after validation.

Receiving the proof (BAT)

As soon as the retailer has finalized the email and getinside has technically verified it, you receive an email notification. You can access a static preview of the campaign to check compliance with the brief: offer, visuals, wording.

Your validation — action required

If the creative meets your expectations, log in to app.getinside.media, open the relevant campaign, and click "Validate campaign". Until you validate, the campaign remains blocked.

Broadcast

Once both validations are recorded (yours and the retailer's), the campaign is scheduled and sent to the targeted audience. Track open and click statistics in real time from your dashboard.

Resend to non-openers

Some retailers offer to automatically resend the campaign to subscribers who did not open the email during the first send. Request this during the brief to maximize coverage.
