My revenue is not showing in my Wallet

Credit is not automatic upon signing — it occurs upon completion and requires manual validation depending on the format:

  • Parcel Insert: declare your volumes every Monday or Tuesday in My Campaigns → Declare volume.
  • Emailing (Dedicated or Display): click "Validate broadcast" after sending, in My Campaigns → Validate broadcast.

Without this action, funds remain escrowed and the campaign is not accounted for.

From when is my revenue available?

Campaign revenue is credited to your account balance 30 days after the last reporting. Funds move from "Pending" to "Available" status. You can then choose to transfer them to your Wallet or withdraw them.

When are payments issued?

Payments are issued 30 days end of month from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, provided the submitted invoice is valid and funds are in "Available" status.

How do I withdraw my earnings and issue my invoice?

Go to Transaction → Exchange and click Withdraw. Enter the desired amount. If management fees apply, issue your invoice for the net amount received.

Can I reinvest my earnings without fees?

Yes, without fees. In Exchange, click Transfer to Wallet. The balance is immediately available to fund your own acquisition campaigns.

Why is my revenue blocked for 30 days?

The 30-day delay is a protection period. It allows detecting and handling any anomalies — lost parcels, non-compliant volumes, interrupted campaign — before funds are definitively released. Without this buffer, getinside could not guarantee your payment in the event of advertiser default.

What happens if an anomaly is detected during the 30 days?

getinside contacts you directly to resolve the incident. The funds availability delay is suspended during resolution. Once the anomaly is handled, the clock resumes. In common cases (volume discrepancy, non-compliant flyer), resolution takes 48 to 72 hours. Contact support@getinside.fr if you have not received a response within 5 working days.

What are the contractual penalties?

Penalties set out in the CGUC

  • Late campaign cancellation: flat penalty of 550€ HT.
  • Platform circumvention (direct contact with a partner met through getinside): penalty of 2,500€ HT per campaign concerned.

Can my funds expire?

Yes. If you do not log in and do not withdraw your revenue for 12 consecutive months, the available funds expire and are definitively acquired by getinside. To avoid this, log in regularly or enable balance notifications. A partial withdrawal or reinvestment is enough to reset the clock.
