Quick Start — Retailers
You have just joined getinside. In 3 steps and 10 minutes, your profile is ready to receive campaigns.
Step 1 — Activate your access
Activate your account
Open the invitation email from getinside, click the activation link, set your password, and log in at app.getinside.media.

Your account was created by the getinside team during your demo. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your account manager.
Step 2 — Configure your logistics profile
Location: Settings → Logistics
Enter your warehouse address
Provide the address where physical materials (boxes, flyers) will be delivered for your Sponsored Mail campaigns.
Set your Lead Time
Enter the minimum delay between pallet receipt and the start of distribution (e.g. 3 days). The algorithm takes this into account automatically to synchronise deliveries.
Step 3 — Create your first audience
Your audience is what you offer advertisers. The more precise it is, the more relevant campaigns you receive.
Location: Monetisation → Create an audience
Fill in the essential fields
Audience name (e.g. "Women's fashion e-commerce customers 25–45"), average order value, product category, weekly package volume.
TIP
A complete, accurate audience profile is the primary factor in attracting advertisers. Take the time to fill it in carefully.
You are ready
A validation call with the getinside team confirms your listing on the marketplace. From then on, you will receive campaign proposals directly on the platform.
Golden rule: You have 48 business hours to respond to each proposal. Beyond that, it expires and can impact your Retailer Score.
