Volume Tracking & Reporting

Weekly reporting is mandatory to ensure inventory tracking and trigger your billing.

Weekly obligation — Monday or Tuesday

At the start of each week, declare the exact volume of inserts distributed the previous week. This declaration directly conditions your payment.

Log in to the platform

Go to app.getinside.media.

Access the campaign

Go to "My Campaigns" and select the active campaign.

Open tracking

Open the "Configuration and tracking" tab.

Enter the distributed volume

In the tracking table, enter the period (e.g. Week 42) and the quantity inserted.

Closing a campaign

Two scenarios lead to closure:

  • Stock exhausted — You have distributed all received materials. The campaign ends naturally.
  • Target reached (Capped) — The ordered volume is reached. Close the campaign even if stock remains, unless instructed otherwise to clear the remainder.

Validate closure

Once the campaign is complete, click "Close campaign" to validate the service.

Payment trigger

Closing the campaign validates the service and triggers the credit of your revenue to the Wallet — available 30 days after the campaign ends.
