Account, Team & Audiences
How do I add a new user to my account?
Go to My Organisation → Team and click + Add a member. Enter the email address and role. Recommendation: always keep at least one backup member to ensure responsiveness within 48h for campaign proposals.
How do I register a new audience?
Go to Monetisation → Catalogue and click + New audience. Fill in the profile carefully: brand, persona, average order value. This information is what advertisers consult when selecting your audiences.
How do I make my audience profile attractive to advertisers?
Advertisers browse the catalogue like a marketplace. To maximise your chances of receiving offers:
- Add visuals: photos of parcels, email screenshots, packaging examples.
- Describe your persona precisely: age, product category, purchase frequency, geographic area.
- Provide a realistic average order value (AOV) — a precise figure is more convincing than a range.
- Activate multiple formats: an audience offering Parcel Insert + Emailing is more attractive than a single-format audience.
Do I need to create multiple accounts if I have multiple sites?
No. A single account can host as many audience profiles as you have distinct sites or logistics flows. Each audience is independent: rates, available formats and opening periods are configured separately.
Does getinside operate internationally?
Yes, getinside is present throughout Europe. You can add European audiences and receive targeted campaigns for those markets from the same account.
How do I track my affiliation commissions?
The status of your referrals is visible in the Affiliation tab. You earn a recurring commission of 20% on platform fees generated by their activity. Your earnings appear in Transactions → Revenue and can be withdrawn or reinvested from your Wallet.
Why has my Score Distributeur dropped?
The score is recalculated dynamically. Frequent causes: response time exceeding 48h, campaign refusals without a counter-proposal, distributed volumes below commitments, CPM too high relative to the competition.
