Your campaign revenue accumulates in your Wallet as distributions are completed. You decide when to withdraw or reinvest.

Available balance in real time

Check your Available Balance at any time = (Validated revenue) - (Withdrawals made) from your Payments dashboard.

When does my revenue become available?

  1. Distribution confirmed — You declare the distributed volumes (Monday or Tuesday for Sponsored Mail) or click "Validate broadcast" (email).
  2. Protection period (30 days) — Revenue stays pending to allow anomaly detection.
  3. Revenue validated — After 30 days without incident, the amount moves to Available Balance and can be withdrawn.

Your revenue is not credited automatically

The Wallet is only updated after a manual action on your part: volume declaration (Sponsored Mail) or broadcast validation (Email).

How to avoid the 5% fee (Starter plan)

Accumulate and withdraw once a year

Let your revenue build up and make a single annual withdrawal — the first withdrawal of the calendar year is free.

Use your balance to fund your own acquisition campaigns (Sponsored Mail, email). 1€ earned = 1€ invested with no banking friction.

How to make a withdrawal

Check your available balance

Log in to app.getinside.media → Payments menu. Only the amount shown under "Revenue to transfer to wallet or withdraw" is withdrawable.

Enter the amount

Click Withdraw. Applicable fees are displayed automatically before confirmation.

Submit your invoice

Issue your invoice using the getinside billing details shown on screen (company, address, registration number, VAT, reference, amount excl. and incl. VAT). Only compliant invoices are processed.

Upload your bank details

Upload your invoice (PDF) and your bank account details. Check the certification box and click Validate. The request appears in Payments → Exchange tab.

Cancellation penalty

Any campaign cancelled after commitment is subject to a penalty of 550€ excl. VAT. Only confirm campaigns you are able to fulfil.
