Everything you need to verify to ensure a creative is compliant for printing and distribution.

Bleed: 2 mm mandatory
The material (image or colored background) must extend 2 mm outside the finished format. Without bleed, a white border appears after cutting.
Safe zone: 3 mm
No text, logo, or important element should be less than 3 mm from the inner edge. Anything too close to the edge risks being cropped.

Deep black
For a rich black on solid areas (large black backgrounds): use C30% M30% Y30% K100%. For fine texts and small characters: use K100% only to avoid color shifting during printing.

Mandatory environmental certification
If getinside handles your printing: the following notice must be printed on the flyer: "Printed on FSC paper by an Imprim'vert-certified printer with getinside" → Include FSC and Imprim'vert logos (available in the Mandatory logos folder).
If you manage your own printing: only the getinside logo is required.
getinside QR Code
Proprietary QR code mandatory
You cannot use a QR code generated by yourself. You must integrate the .svg file provided by the getinside platform.
This QR code certifies distribution and enables real-time monitoring.
Minimum size: 25 × 25 mm — below this, the QR code is not readable by all smartphones.
Do not mix QR codes: each retailer has their own distinct QR code. The .svg file is available in your advertiser dashboard once your proposal has been approved by the retailer.
Dynamic QR Code
The destination URL is not embedded in the code's pattern. You can update the landing page at any time from the platform, even after printing.
Proof (BAT) checklist
Check before each submission:
- Dimensions include +2 mm bleed and respect the -3 mm safe zone.
- File is in CMYK (FOGRA39), resolution ≥ 300 DPI, ink coverage ≤ 300%.
- getinside QR code (
.svg) is present and at least 25 × 25 mm — each retailer has their own. - Universal legal notices are included: advertiser ID, Triman, getinside logo, T&Cs. If getinside handles printing, the FSC/Imprim'vert certification notice is present.
- Sector-specific mandatory notices (if applicable) are present and legible.
