Any printed advertisement is your legal responsibility. These elements are mandatory on every flyer — their absence blocks proof (BAT) validation.
Universal notices
These 3 blocks apply to all advertisers, regardless of sector.

| Offer T&Cs | Validity dates · Specific conditions (e.g. "valid from €50 purchase") · Any usage restrictions |
Example identification: "ACME SAS with share capital of €10,000 — 12 rue de la Paix, 75001 Paris — RCS Paris 123 456 789"
